Introduced in 2015, the Malibu Canyon has become a mainstay style from the original product line up.  

Back when surfers headed south to Baja Mexico to avoid the crowded southern Californian surf scene in the late 1950's, they befriended the indigenous people of Mexico who introduced them to these types of simple yet complex and rustic hand-woven sandals.  Since then huaraches are also referred to as 'surfer sandals.' 

With a return to traditional design philosophy we reimagined the classic woven sandal using contemporary engineering techniques using cruelty-free vegan materials.
